Delete account and data

You can delete your Lingora account and all its data whenever you want.

From the app

• Open Lingora and go to Settings.
• Tap "Delete my account" and confirm.
• Your account and progress are deleted from our servers right away and the app starts over.

Without opening the app

• Email diosesamorporsiempre.cloud@gmail.com from any address with the subject "Delete my account" and include your friend code (Profile) and a transfer code from Settings → "Move to another phone", so we can check the account is yours.
• We delete the account within 7 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

Your account, name, avatar, progress, streak, leagues, friends, coins, gems, hearts, items, open sessions and the history of watched ads.

Purchase records are kept without your identifier, only for accounting and refunds. Google Play keeps its own receipt under its policy. Deleting the account does not cancel Lingora Plus: cancel it in Google Play.
